Sunflower Seed Editions:
Sunflower Seed Editions is an annual gardening and seed-sharing project. I grow sunflowers in my garden, harvest the seeds and pack them in clay pellets. Packing seeds in clay pellets allows for easy distribution and germination in a variety of environmental conditions.
The clay pellets are packaged in risograph prints I design myself. Each package contains 5 seed pellets with information and planting instructions. These are then sold, donated, and distributed within my community which propagates more sunflowers. Sunflowers are important plants for soil remediation in urban areas because they pull heavy metals (like lead) out of our soil.
Board Dog Code of Conduct, Skate and Restore edition:
“Skate and Restore” is an edition of 10 handmade, screen printed skateboards.
I perform each step of making the skateboards, from designing and molding its shape, to printing the graphic and sealing the wood. These skateboards are designed to be reused as borders for garden beds once their life as skateboards are complete.
I use the healthiest, most environmentally responsible materials and tools I can possibly access. The skateboards are made of FSC certified Maple and formaldehyde-free wood glue. They are printed with water-based inks and sealed with natural finishes. Choosing safe and healthy materials ensures that they do not harm the planet once they are done being skateboards and inevitably return to the earth.
Each skateboard comes with a Skate and Restore mini-zine.

The Skate and Restore mini-zine offers a way for skateboarders and skateboard manufacturers to re-imagine skateboarding’s environmental impact. This zine teaches a simple and effective design for building a garden bed from used skateboard decks.

Moon Drawing Magic workbook/zine - 2021. Risograph printed on cardstock, handbound, edition of 111.
The Moon Drawing Magic workbook is a self directed lunar drawing class. This workbook uses the lunar cycle as a calendar and the phases of the moon as inspiration for drawing exercises. Each section offers a brief interpretation of the phase, some ideas for drawing that engage with those themes, and plenty of space to draw!
Burnable offerings (burn bundles) - multiple limited editions, various years.
These burnable offerings are created in limited editions to reflect a specific theme or event. They are made with home-grown herbs and flowers. They include an affirmation card, which may also be burned or can be kept as a reminder of the intentions of the offering.
Love postcards - 2022. Risograph printed on cardstock, edition of 222.
These interactive postcards encourage us to examine our understanding of the word “love”. On the back is a brief exercise inviting the reader to reflect on what love means to them. On the front is a black space to write in their answers and decorate or illustrate their ideas. They can then send the postcard to a loved one.
Ceramic Tiger Cups - multiple editions, 2020-2022.
These food-safe ceramic cups are created by carefully layering different kinds of clay to create intricately patterned blocks. These are then cut and formed into functional vessels using slab hand-building techniques. This means that the pattern is embedded throughout the entire form, rather than being a surface treatment.
